  • Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to client spills or other special needs
  • Obtain revenues by totaling charges; issuing and processing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to client
  • Clean/Set tables and maintain establishment cleaned and organized
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Description

 

  • Carve and serve table-side fresh cuts of meat to guests according to established standards
  • Provide a full knowledge of cuts of meat as well as what is available on the salad bar
  • Maintain positive guest satisfaction by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and appropriately handling complaints to the guest satisfaction and/or solicits assistances from the managers
  • Performing side work helping to provide a clean and safe work environment in all restaurant areas
  • Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process

Job Description

 

  • Greet guests upon arrival
  • Escort them to assigned dining area and announce waiter’s name
  • Monitor the table rotation and make sure that each member of the wait staff gets a fair amount of tables
  • Keep track of which tables are cleaned and available for new guests
  • Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service (take reservations, provide general information, etc.)
  • Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
